In order to support the academic, personal, and professional growth of students, SSS offers eligible Scholars the opportunity to apply for additional

financial assistance regularly qualifies members who meet the following criteria:
At least 36 monthly contributions were paid.
Live in an area declared under the State of Calamity.
You did not use the following SSS benefits:
Total permanent disability
Retirement
Death
You do not have a pending SSS L04n Restructuring Program or Calamity L04n Assistance Program. SSS Scholars may submit requests for funds to support their participation in activities that support their academic and personal development for the purpose of retention, good academic standing, and / or timely completion of a degree.

REQUIREMENTS
Must be under 60 years old.
Must have a monthly income / base salary below PHP 25,000
There should be no past due lo4ns to SSS. If the member has past due L04ns, the amount must not exceed three (3) monthly l0an repayments.
You must have at least 36 monthly contributions to HSS and (6) must be within the last 12 months before the month the EALP application was filed.
HOW TO APPLY
L0an requests can be made on the SSS website or on your mobile app. Sign in to your My.SSS account.
Enter the following:
a. Complete Calamity L0an Assistance Request Form
b. Barangay certification
c. One primary ID (UMID, driver's license, passport, PRC card, or Seaman Book) or two secondary IDs (Phil Health ID, company ID, senior ID, voter ID, TIN card, etc.) Send these documents to Member Services Division. For any HSS branch.

SSS benefits can only be granted to members who are 60 years of age or younger. Qualified SSS members have paid 36 or more monthly contributions. The 12 months of these must be within the 18 months immediately preceding involuntary unemployment. This means that the SSS contribution should have been permanently returned by the last employer for at least 12 months before their separation from the company.
