CHED Scholarship 2021 - Priority Courses. The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) announced the schedule of applications for the Year 2020/2021. Senior high school graduates or candidates for graduation may apply as long as they met the criteria and submit all the necessary requirements of the scholarship program. CHED Regional Office will rank the applicants and issue the Notice of Award shall the student-applicant qualifies for the program.

In the recently released CMO No. 05 series of 2019, CHED itemized all scholarship priority courses for the year 2019-2020. To quote,
The CHED shall likewise prioritize courses aligned with global innovation platforms of Science, Technology, Engineering, Agri-fisheries and Mathematics (STEAM) as well as the priorities of government in key growth areas such as semiconductor and electronics, business process outsourcing, tourism, general infrastructure and other priority manufacturing industries in the grant of scholarships.
As per CHED, the determination of the priority courses was a result of studies and deliberations conducted by the Technical Working Group (TWG) composed of the representatives of CHED and UniFast secretariat, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Philippine Association of State Colleges and Universities (PASUC), and the Coordinating Council for Private Educational Associations (COCOPEA).
Students may enroll at these programs and avail all benefits of CHED scholarship they were qualified in the form of tuition and stipend. Here is the list of CHED scholarship 2020 priority courses:
